Like a poll i had earlier said.. i felt like making some new magical creature designs which probably will end up as adopts but the species will be mine.

Talking about adopts... so will my adopts be more pricey than before since i want people to really use the design and also a design shouldnt be sold out for just a few cents/points.

A higher price secure the possibility for someone to care for the design properly in my opinion.

-Dont haggle! I personally think its very rude, afterall i put in effort in making these designs that i hope people will actually use.-

Terms/Rules
One per person.
Holding rule! i will only hold a design for 3 days and if it passes 3 days i´ll put the design out again for adoption. Only you are responible to renew the HOLD time since i wont remind you if it burns in.
I would love to hear what your plans with the design are just to make sure you´ll use it properly!
Dont change anything on the design markings BUT you can change hair style, add Items and powers if so wished.
DO Credit me for the design!
Remember that with this adoption you dont buy the entire species only the design you buy and that gives you the right to draw the species.
Do NOT resell any of my designs because it isnt right that you take profit in a design you havent taken part of or made at all!.
I would prefer you have an gallery, No tons of storaged deviations because that kinda raise the red flag for me. I mean i would love to see your style of art.
I have the right to refuse the adoption for an good reason, example if i see any signs of arttheft or disturbing/violating pictures in your account/history. Other reason could be if youre acting disrespectful against me or any of the other interested adopters.
Its up to you to pick gender/name/age etc

Payment
Dont claim and pay me before i got a chance to confirm and agree to the adoption, cause i need to check up a few things before that. I´ll ask you for the payment when i accepted the adoption.

Its preferred that i´ll get the payment as fast i have confirmed/accepted your adoption. I dont want to get thro another adoption when a person say he/she wants a design and say (s)hewill pay but never does. I kinda get tired of those who does that.

I´m afraid that i cant do any Refunds but if it ever happens you wont be able to get back the exact amount. If you no longer desire the design i can resell the design for you cause you cant self sell one of my designs. the new adopter that comes along will pay you for the design while i confirm the adoption.
